What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support or systems administration role where I can troubleshoot infrastructure, manage secure user access, improve ticket workflows, and keep Windows, macOS, network, and hardware environments reliable.

I've supported Glitch VR’s gaming arena, maintaining 14 VR machines, four REV F1 simulators, and 48+ systems for immersive experiences.

I reduced terminal repair times by 50% through hardware diagnostics and component replacement, while sustaining 99.9% network uptime for up to 300 daily users. I also resolved 50+ complex Jira tickets across Windows and macOS environments.

At Kiambu Law Courts, I audited Active Directory user lifecycles, managed permissions and security groups, maintained critical endpoints, and supported the Case Tracking System and Microsoft 365 Admin Center. I also built an Excel asset registry that reduced unaccounted equipment by 25%.

I'm continuing to build practical infrastructure skills through an Active Directory home lab with GPOs, DHCP, DNS, and VMware, alongside a React e-commerce project deployed on Netlify.
