Kenneth Njue
@kennethnjue
IT technician and user-support graduate focused on hardware, software, and network troubleshooting with customer-first problem solving.
What I'm looking for
I’m an Information Technology graduate from KCA University with a specialization in IT user support, and I’ve built my confidence through real troubleshooting work. I’ve worked as a gaming technician intern and as an IT Technician attachment, strengthening how I diagnose issues and deliver solutions that keep users productive.
At Hameco Limited (Village Mkt), I ensured gaming equipment and network infrastructure operated at peak performance for a seamless player experience. I handled PC/console setup, network issue mitigation, software installs, and office network and PC troubleshooting, while also replacing faulty parts like GPUs, RAM, and power supplies and ensuring proper cooling. I kept game titles, launchers (Steam), and drivers (NVIDIA/AMD) updated, resolved Windows/macOS operating system issues and frequent game crashes, and implemented preventive maintenance schedules that reduced downtime to support business continuity.
At Kiambu Law Courts, I provided ICT support to keep court sessions running smoothly. I maintained stable network access for users, solved computer and printer maintenance challenges across civil and criminal registries, troubleshot network cable problems and network configuration settings, and supported office hardware. I also delivered application support for tools such as a Case Tracking System and provided immediate user help through the help desk support section.
I also bring web development capability—proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript—and I’m currently learning React Native libraries to boost my web development skills. I’m a flexible, adaptable team member and I’ve developed leadership through group and project leadership roles, backed by strong communication and a consistent commitment to professional excellence.
