What I'm looking for
I’m an IT professional with hands-on experience in network configuration, system troubleshooting, and technical support. I focus on diagnosing hardware, software, and connectivity issues quickly to keep work moving.
In my recent State Department for Transport ICT Attache role, I provided first-line technical support to staff and supported day-to-day IT operations with minimal disruption. I installed, configured, and maintained Microsoft 365 applications across multiple workstations, and performed Windows OS installations, updates, and system maintenance.
I’m also comfortable with practical networking and endpoint support—supporting Ethernet cable termination and basic connectivity troubleshooting, configuring printers and drivers, and resolving printing/scanning issues. I assist users with account access issues, including password resets and system access restoration, with a service-first approach.
