As co-founder of Vocablo Idiomas Premium's Mexicali operation, I helped launch the business from zero and grow it into the franchise's #1 school nationally in its first year. I built operational systems, hired and trained teams, ran paid advertising, and closed 15–20 enrollments per month.

At MG Abogados, I launched a subscription-based labor-law advisory service and improved client conversion from 50% to 80% through a CRM and intake process. I've also built a student-progress system adopted nationally that reduced dropout from 60% to 20%.

I use Excel, Google Sheets, CRMs, automation tools, and AI to make disorganized workflows practical and productive. My legal background, bilingual communication, and hands-on experience in sales, operations, and client management help me connect strategy with execution.
