What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote or customer-focused roles where I can manage inquiries, resolve complaints, and support sales/client relationships—using CRM tools and basic technical troubleshooting to deliver a smooth customer experience.

I’ve supported customers through sales and marketing at Holy KD Electronics in Baissa, matching electronics, gadgets, and phone accessories to their needs while handling inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support. I also provided basic technical support and troubleshooting for mobile devices and accessories, then used upselling and cross-selling to improve engagement and increase sales.

Before that, I worked across data and customer-facing roles: as a Typist & Data Analyst at the Ministry of Works and Transport, updating records with high accuracy and supporting operational decisions through data analysis.
