What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead commercial strategy and digital transformation in hospitality, using Power BI–driven KPIs and performance marketing to grow revenue sustainably, develop teams, and build strong partner relationships.

I’m a Commercial Director at Mistico Park with over 10 years of experience in Costa Rica’s tourism and hospitality industry. I started in reservations management and process optimization, then grew into leading commercial strategy, digital transformation, and performance marketing initiatives.

I lead commercial and revenue strategy for a top rainforest reserve, building PPC campaigns (Google Ads & Meta Ads) that deliver strong ROAS performance. I focus on direct channel growth, intermediary partnerships, and reseller programs, while using booking systems and automation tools to modernize operations.

I bring a data-driven approach to decision-making through Power BI/Looker dashboards and KPI tracking, and I also value experience design and long-term brand vision. I’m driven to strengthen industry presence, build meaningful partner relationships, and guide teams toward professional growth while delivering company goals.
