I’m looking for an operations-focused role where I can streamline workflows (SOPs and automation), deliver clear reporting, and support commercial outcomes through e-commerce and stakeholder coordination in both remote and in-person settings.

I’m an international business graduate focused on digital operations and e-commerce support, bringing hands-on experience across catalog management, content strategy, and performance reporting. I standardize processes to improve consistency and efficiency, especially in fast-moving commercial environments.

In my current role, I standardized product upload workflows, maintained accurate catalog records, and executed multi-channel content strategies aligned with sales objectives. I also produce performance reports and track key metrics so teams can make data-driven decisions, while coordinating across stakeholders to keep campaigns on schedule.
