What I'm looking for

I'm looking to scale revenue for luxury hotel portfolios through dynamic pricing, distribution strategy, and multi-property optimization, ideally in sustainable hospitality and adventure tourism in Costa Rica.

I'm currently growing revenue at The Costa Rica Collection, following revenue, project, and operations leadership at Hotel Alta Las Palomas. Across Costa Rica's luxury hospitality market, I've spent 15+ years optimizing multi-property and multi-market performance.

I've increased boutique-hotel revenue by 30% through rate shopper integration and custom packages, while optimizing booking engines to reduce OTA commissions by 15% and increase direct bookings. My work centers on RevPAR, ADR, GOPPAR, demand forecasting, competitive analysis, dynamic pricing, and channel strategy across OTAs, GDS, and direct bookings.

I work with Opera Cloud, Synxis CRS, SiteMinder, and SimpleBooking, and I care deeply about sustainable hospitality and adventure tourism in Costa Rica. I'm open to scaling revenue for luxury portfolios through practical yield strategies.
