I’m looking for a customer success or account management role where I can build strong client relationships, support onboarding and customer experience, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to a service-focused environment.

I’m a customer-focused professional with extensive experience in account management, client engagement, customer success, onboarding support, and operational coordination across SaaS, retail, tourism, marketing, and nonprofit sectors. I’m known for building long-term relationships through strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Most recently, I’ve managed partner stores, corporate clients, and strategic allies as a Commercial & Partnerships Coordinator, coordinating commercial initiatives, ecommerce support, fundraising events, and customer follow-up while supporting retention. Previously, as a Commercial Manager for a LATAM SaaS platform specializing in digital incentives and gift cards, I supported onboarding and ongoing follow-up across Costa Rica, Panama, and the Dominican Republic, collaborated on new SaaS services, helped drive an 85% increase in global sales during 2023, and identified cross-selling and upselling opportunities to strengthen customer retention.
