I’m looking for a health-tech sales role where clinical trust and consultative discovery matter. I want to build enterprise pipeline with disciplined outbound, shorten the discovery cycle, and help teams improve conversion by applying clinical workflow insight and CX frameworks.

I build and execute enterprise go-to-market strategies where clinical trust matters. As an active MBChB medical student, I’ve navigated real clinical documentation workflows, EHR friction, and physician burnout—so my sales approach speaks the clinician’s language from day one.

I combine that clinical credibility with a commercial track record across founding, enterprise onboarding, and customer experience. As Co-Founder & CEO at Synchro, I led pre-launch product-market discovery through 18 structured interviews, then translated competitive intelligence across 20+ East African fintech and payments models into a sharper ICP and differentiated trust-first positioning.

In enterprise sales operations, I’ve owned the full integration-to-activation journey as a Relationship Officer in a commercial front office role.
