I independently resolve 40–60 weekly inquiries involving benefits, policies, job changes, leave requests, and employee lifecycle events while processing Workday transactions and maintaining accurate HR records.
I’ve also supported recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, benefits questions, payroll data, and employee documentation at Affordable Medical Resources and NuWest Group. I bring hands-on experience with Workday, ServiceNow, ADP, Paycom, Salesforce, FMLA and ADA administration, HR reporting, compliance, and employee relations support.
