What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a flexible remote People Operations opportunity where I can support benefits and employee engagement while contributing to Chicago-based employee events and initiatives.

At Employco USA, I support more than 70 client organizations across all 50 states, coordinating benefits, leave, engagement, recruiting, onboarding, communications, compliance, and payroll support.

I enjoy the operational side of HR while helping employees feel informed, supported, and connected to their organizations. I coordinate trainings, company meetings, wellness initiatives, and employee surveys that strengthen employee engagement.

I've supported FMLA, NY Paid Family Leave, disability, maternity and parental leave, ADA-related matters, and other state leave programs. I explain complex information clearly while maintaining confidentiality and managing competing priorities.

Earlier in my career, I helped implement and administer employee wellness programs, coordinate projects and participant communications, and provide employee support. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and am preparing for the SHRM-CP examination.
