What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR role where I can lead employee relations, compliance, accommodations, recruiting, and HR operations while improving processes, supporting inclusive workplaces, and partnering closely with leaders.

At Morgan Stanley, I provide HR advisory support on leave, reasonable accommodations, background escalations, employee relations, and employment-law matters. I investigate complaints, document findings, and recommend corrective actions while protecting confidentiality and reducing risk.

I also lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering, security, and data center operations, from talent mapping and sourcing through interview coordination and compensation negotiation. I use hiring and workforce data to monitor funnel health, prioritize requisitions, and strengthen talent pipelines.

Previously, I managed recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations for organizations including RCC, Google/YouTube, YUPRO, HMSHost International, PDS Tech, CDI Corporation, and ManpowerGroup. My work has supported IT, engineering, banking, aviation, food and beverage, BPO, and financial-services teams.

I bring an MBA in Human Resource Management and hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, immigration documentation, I-9 verification, DEI practices, performance management, and policy development. I enjoy helping employees and managers navigate sensitive issues while making HR processes clearer, more consistent, and more inclusive.
