I am an HR professional with 9+ years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, benefits and leave administration, payroll support, and HRIS data management across multi-location environments. I currently serve as Officer – Human Resources & Operations at VFS, supporting end-to-end onboarding/offboarding, HR documentation, audits, and process improvements.
My strengths include maintaining meticulous HR records, ensuring regulatory compliance (FMLA, HIPAA, COBRA, ADA, ADEA, ERISA, IRCA, EEO, GINA, USERRA, FLSA), and improving HR processes and SOPs to meet service level agreements and audit readiness.
