What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a bilingual customer support, intake, dispatch, or administrative role where I can use calm communication, real-time documentation, scheduling, and patient or client triage skills in a fast-paced environment.

At Rush Copley Medical Center, I manage high-volume inbound communications, triage urgent patient inquiries, and provide calm, empathetic guidance in English and Spanish.

I update electronic records in real time while speaking with callers, schedule appointments, coordinate provider schedules and prior authorizations, and navigate Epic Systems, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook across multiple screens.
