I’m looking for a role where I can lead enterprise customer success and account growth—building partnerships, driving retention and expansion, and shaping workplace wellbeing/digital health strategy with cross-functional teams.

I’m an enterprise customer success and account management leader with 15+ years of experience driving employer retention, expansion, and pipeline growth across health plans, digital health, and healthcare technology. I build enterprise pipelines, partner with employers and brokers/consultants, and guide stakeholders through complex, multi-party buying and renewal cycles.

Most recently, as a Principal Wellbeing Consultant & Brand Lead, I advise a portfolio of 12+ clients on workplace wellbeing, digital health, and benefits strategy for employers and healthcare solution providers. I also publish regular commentary on digital health and workplace wellbeing trends, and I build strategic partnerships with healthcare startups and solution providers.

Earlier, I led enterprise growth at CoreHealth Technologies, expanding the sales pipeline from $80K to $1.2M in 10 months across ~15 employer, broker, and consultant opportunities. I closed a $25K ARR employer agreement by leveraging industry relationships and navigating a complex, multi-stakeholder buying process, including leading RFI/RFP responses with marketing, product, and leadership.

In customer success, I’ve managed portfolios of 40 employer clients representing $2.5M+ in annual revenue, maintaining a 90% retention rate while increasing engagement by an average of 10% annually. I’ve also grown provider networks by 500+ and advised employers on customized health management strategies tied to measurable outcomes, coordinating across Sales, Data, Marketing, IT, Operations, Product, and finance to translate feedback into retention and product priorities.
