I’m a technical support and application development professional who enjoys structured problem solving across Windows/macOS environments. I troubleshoot VPN, endpoint, networking, and cloud-connected systems with a focus on reliable resolution and clear technical documentation.

I built and launched an AI-powered iOS application, iLIFT Fitness, as the founder and developer. Using SwiftUI and Firebase, I integrated API-driven AI features, designed Firestore and Storage architecture for 1000+ media assets, and implemented subscription management with RevenueCat. I also built workflows to map API responses into structured in-app experiences.

In my Desktop Support Specialist role, I resolved connectivity, authentication, and API integration problems across user environments. I support secure remote access and apply log-based analysis to identify recurring technical issues while keeping system reliability and operational continuity strong.

I bring cybersecurity fundamentals into my daily workflow—VPN connectivity, threat awareness, and secure system concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. I’m currently expanding my cybersecurity and cloud knowledge through hands-on learning and independent study.
