I am a Certified Indoor Environmentalist and experienced insurance claims specialist who provides practical, science-driven indoor air quality and remediation consulting for commercial and residential clients. I lead environmental sampling, interpret lab results, and deliver remediation protocols to insurers, contractors, and homeowners.

As the owner of Southern Industrial Hygiene LLC, I manage client relations, accounting, and database systems while conducting clearance inspections and follow-up assessments. I translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations that support effective remediation and claims resolution.

Earlier in my career I served as a Special Claims Representative on a catastrophe response team and as a Casualty Claims Specialist and Claims Examiner handling commercial auto, general liability, and bodily injury claims. I have a proven record of mentoring colleagues, negotiating settlements, and reducing claim costs through efficient handling.

I hold multiple industry credentials including CIE, EPA/AHERA Asbestos Building Inspector, WRT, FSRT, and several insurance designations (AIC, AINS, LPCS). I seek roles where I can combine environmental consulting and claims expertise to improve outcomes for clients and insurers.
