I also maintain deadline trackers, draft 30+ pieces of executive correspondence monthly, and support remote collaboration using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Notion, ChatGPT, and Claude.

Before executive support, I spent eight years in construction cost management at RLB Phils and Dominic Construction Inc., covering estimating, bid evaluation, contract administration, billing, change orders, and final account close-out. That commercial background brings disciplined budgeting, accurate financial oversight, and dependable follow-through to every executive operation I support.
