In my current role as a Global Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Partner, I spearhead global recruiting initiatives across AI and SaaS, managing full-cycle hiring for engineering, product, and go-to-market roles. I collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to scale teams effectively, while designing talent strategies, sourcing methodologies, and interview processes that match team culture.
