What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a talent acquisition role where I can own hiring strategy, build strong processes and playbooks, and partner closely with leaders to scale teams—while continuously improving candidate experience and onboarding outcomes.

In my current role as a Global Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Partner, I spearhead global recruiting initiatives across AI and SaaS, managing full-cycle hiring for engineering, product, and go-to-market roles. I collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to scale teams effectively, while designing talent strategies, sourcing methodologies, and interview processes that match team culture.

Across prior roles, I refined end-to-end recruiting operations—from ATS and HRIS implementations to onboarding and offboarding workflows—while building playbooks that make hiring teams more consistent. I’ve also supported compliance-focused HR processes, led DE&I committee efforts, and used candidate experience survey insights to continuously improve how teams attract and convert talent.
