I’m an Associate Consultant at Capgemini, focused on ServiceNow delivery across Agile SDLC. I bring hands-on experience with stakeholder communication, requirement elicitation, and keeping deliverables on track.

In my current role (Sep 2021–Present), I’ve supported ServiceNow Agile SDLC work and contributed through project leadership and client engagement. I use JIRA to manage task prioritization and progress tracking, ensuring clear visibility for stakeholders across the ITSM, ITBM: PPM, TPRM, APM modules.

I lead and support the ServiceNow Development team by conducting regular code reviews and solution validations. I also provide technical suggestions to stakeholders, helping ensure the requirements translate into solid implementations.

Beyond my core work, I’ve built ServiceNow UI and catalog capabilities such as intake forms and flows (e.g., Business Application and Device Registration), including decision tables and configuration needed for catalog tasks. I’m also proactive about quality through automated testing for Security Assessment and practical features like certificate synchronization and auto-delete rules.
