At COCOBAY, I led three business-development teams of more than 700 staff across Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Danang, building international partnerships that drove 30% consistent monthly growth. I also supported negotiations and strategic planning for seven condominium projects generating more than $800M in revenue.
Earlier, I helped open Naman Retreat and managed the pre-opening of InterContinental Resort, Novotel Hotel, and Pullman Resort, coordinating procurement, recruitment, SOPs, compliance, partner contracts, and project handover.
