I am an F&B development specialist with hands-on experience building brands, launching concepts, and optimizing operations across restaurants and delivery platforms.

I have led market research, product concepting, retail strategy and partnership management for projects such as FELOTA – Bakery & Tea and a Central Kitchen, and I previously owned and operated a milk tea shop where I managed finance, marketing and customer service.

My background includes roles in production and marketing, campaign management, influencer coordination, and paid-ad optimization across Facebook Ads and e-commerce platforms; I also led a customer service team and trained students and collaborators in a non-profit project to support SMEs.
