At ACADEMY FOR TRANSFORMATIVE LEADERSHIP, I coordinate an undergraduate mentorship programme for 12 participants, supporting learning materials, activities and outcome reporting. I also built automated feedback and reporting workflows with Google Forms and Google Sheets, and dashboards to track participation trends.
At HI-PREP LLC, I monitored tutor performance and supported improvement through feedback and follow-ups; earlier, I coordinated recruitment and onboarding. At TAGERINE LIFE PLC, I coordinated training sessions and used performance and customer feedback to identify development needs. I’m interested in developing learning solutions that strengthen individual capabilities and organisational effectiveness.
