What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design and deliver impactful learning programmes, build blended learning solutions, and partner with leaders to improve employee performance and leadership capability.

At Fordax Training Academy, I've designed and delivered training programmes for more than 100 employees across departments and industries, creating blended classroom and e-learning solutions aligned to business goals.

I've facilitated technical and soft-skills training for groups of up to 100+ participants, developed manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and redesigned assessment frameworks to improve post-training performance.

I've trained 300+ employees and executive leads in sales, marketing, public speaking, communication, and leadership, while partnering with HR, line managers, and senior leaders on learner development and leadership initiatives.
