I’m a Patient Access Representative who thrives on helping people smoothly move through the care process. I bring a steady, detail-oriented approach grounded in strong customer service habits and reliable day-to-day performance.

In my current role, I register patients, answer phones, and use computer systems to support scheduling and intake. I work with insurance knowledge and handle referrals, staying organized while managing real-time needs.

Before this, I built a strong foundation through roles as a cashier and sales associate, including handling cash, organizing inventory, and supporting customers promptly and knowledgeably. I also performed janitorial duties and maintained an excellence attendance record.

I’m motivated by my strengths—strategic, futuristic, belief, significance, and adaptability—and I’m excited to keep growing in patient-facing operations. I’m especially drawn to work where communication, organization, and responsiveness directly improve the experience for others.
