I've spent 15+ years turning HR and payroll operations into practical technology solutions, from requirements and BRDs to workflow design, UAT, functional testing, and process improvement.

At Hinduja Global Solutions, I partnered with IT to design an employee query-resolution application for high-volume payroll queries. I defined end-to-end workflows and functional requirements, tested releases, identified defects and edge cases, and recommended enhancements using query MIS and root-cause analysis.

I also built and managed a team supporting multiple clients and approximately 150,000 employees, handling 5,000+ employee queries during normal periods. My work included SLA and KPI management, client collaboration, payroll escalations, year-end operations, and US and UK payroll support.

Earlier at Aon Hewitt, I supported US and UK payroll, client transitions, documentation, and service monitoring. I've also independently conceptualized and built two applications, applying hands-on experience in problem definition, feature design, development, testing, and iteration.
