I'm looking to lead business analysis and functional delivery for ERP, HRMS, or payroll products, translating complex business and statutory requirements into reliable releases with strong stakeholder collaboration.

At Gamut Infosystems’ Farvision ERP, I own functional analysis for Payroll and Admin modules used by 25+ client organizations and supporting 10,000+ employee records each payroll cycle. I define payroll rules across salary structures, statutory deductions, retro revisions, attendance, and RBAC.

I turn stakeholder needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, BDD/Gherkin acceptance criteria, and release-ready validation plans. My work has reduced payroll calculation defects by 40%, cut specification drafting from five to two days, and shortened functional sign-off from 10 to four days.
