At Tata Consultancy Services, I lead UK payroll operations for a global client, managing SLA and KPI performance, work allocation, pre-payroll validation, payroll queries, and operational reporting.

I've supported SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central through employee data, job information, and position transactions, while testing employee lifecycle workflows and notifications through UAT. I also act as a Level 2 escalation point, partnering with HRIS teams, delivery managers, and stakeholders to resolve data and process issues.

Previously at Conduent, I administered US Health & Welfare Benefits across medical, dental, vision, COBRA, FMLA, EAP, disability, and Medicare programmes. I handled enrolments, life events, eligibility changes, open-enrolment readiness, escalations, and benefits-system testing.
