I'm looking to translate HR and payroll business problems into practical application requirements, workflows, testing, and process improvements.

I've spent 15+ years turning HR and payroll operations into clear requirements, workflows, and technology-enabled solutions.

At Hinduja Global Solutions, I designed requirements and end-to-end workflows for an employee query-resolution application, partnering with IT on BRDs, UAT, functional testing, defect identification, fix validation, and enhancements.

I managed payroll operations for multiple clients and approximately 150,000 employees, using query MIS, SLAs, KPIs, and root-cause analysis to identify process gaps and automation opportunities. I also built and led teams across workforce planning, training, quality, and escalations.

My background spans Indian, US, and UK payroll, client transitions, HR technology, and independently building applications from problem identification through feature definition, testing, and iteration.
