What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can coordinate implementations or administrative operations, support clients and internal teams, improve workflows, and use data to deliver measurable outcomes.

I'm currently leading end-to-end software platform implementations at EPOS Now, from requirements gathering and configuration through testing and go-live support.

I train clients at all levels, act as their primary onboarding contact, and work with product and technical teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.

Previously, I managed affiliate-network onboarding at Conectia, trained brands on new opportunities, monitored engagement metrics, and shared customer feedback to inform the roadmap. I used Cake, Partnerize, HubSpot, and Slack to track activity and support smooth handovers.

My earlier work in contract administration and marketing research strengthened my ability to manage compliance data, produce detailed reports, interpret marketing performance, and coordinate projects across teams.
