What I'm looking for
I’m a business systems professional supporting SaaS implementations, vendor evaluations, user acceptance testing (UAT), business process improvement and organisational change within international organisations. I evaluate technology solutions, gather business requirements, support system rollouts, and deliver training and guidance to end users while strengthening controls across Finance, IT, and Compliance.
In my current role, I help implement Emburse Chrome River by validating workflows and policy controls with internal teams and the vendor. I led the evaluation of five travel and expense management platforms, served as a pilot UAT user, tracked issues through fixes, and developed training and process documentation supporting rollout across a 250+ employee organisation.
