At Patient Care Locally CIC, I governed community care contracts across 103+ providers and helped move elective care into community settings. Waiting times fell from 53 weeks to under 18, with more than £3m in annual savings against national tariff.
As Assistant Contracts Manager, I manage procurement under the Provider Selection Regime and hold providers to account for performance and clinical quality. I also introduced Avokaado and Power BI to digitise the contract lifecycle and improve governance reporting.
During my secondment as Head of Contracts, I led negotiations on £15m in agreements and worked with clinical teams to develop new community pathways. Three business cases were approved and two services mobilised, delivering £67,000 in annual recurrent savings.
As Project Support Lead for COVID-19 vaccination, I directed delivery of 227,000+ vaccinations across 27+ sites and coordinated logistics, workforce and communications. Earlier, as Operations Manager at Mesanga Fashion House, I redesigned production and inventory processes, cutting operating costs by 65%.
