What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead talent acquisition that’s driven by workforce strategy and recruitment data analytics. I want to mentor teams, build sustainable talent pipelines, and align recruitment programs with business goals alongside senior leadership.

I’m a strategic talent acquisition leader specializing in workforce strategy, recruitment data analytics, and people management. I bring a track record of mentoring teams and implementing innovative recruiting approaches that align with organizational goals.

As a Director of Talent Acquisition, I forecast staffing needs, analyze workforce gaps, and build sustainable pipelines of talent. I also serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating labor market trends into actionable recruitment strategy decisions.

I lead high-impact programs, including the Internationally Educated Nurse Recruitment Program, the Genesis Program, the Department of War Skillbridge Program, the Military Spouse Employment Partnership, and the Career Accelerator Program. Through the Internationally Educated Nurse Recruitment Leader Award Program, I successfully recruited, sponsored, and hired 500+ Registered Nurses enterprise-wide, with 600+ additional Registered Nurses added to the pipeline while awaiting immigration. I also helped drive measurable results, including +8% application volume overall, +15% application volume of Registered Nurses, +10% offers accepted by Registered Nurses, and overall Time to Fill of 52 days in 2025.

Earlier, I led Talent Acquisition Operations by designing solutions to resolve operational inefficiencies and minimize errors, and by developing a high-productivity, result-oriented unit through creative initiatives. Before that, as a Store Manager, I strengthened my operational focus by analyzing financial reports, driving action plans, and leading teams to improve productivity and efficiency.
