I’m looking to lead end-to-end delivery and PMO governance in fast-moving product environments—using Agile/SAFe methods, metrics, and AI-enabled discovery to improve time-to-market, OKR achievement, and measurable revenue impact.

I’m a PMO & Delivery Leader with 10 years of experience leading multi-stream programs across iGaming, FinTech, Blockchain, Telecom, Travel and Video Streaming. I deliver full-cycle initiatives (€1–5M) using Agile, Waterfall and Scaled Agile, applying Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS and Nexus based on delivery context.

I’ve delivered 25+ MVPs and 10+ large-scale projects across startup, outsourcing and enterprise environments, building PMO teams of 5–15 Project and Program Managers overseeing 150+ cross-functional specialists. By strengthening planning and delivery governance, I’ve improved project completion rates by 15–25% and OKR achievement to 90–95%, enabling faster time to market and sustained revenue growth.
