I am a strategic HR leader with over 17 years' experience building high-performing HR teams and designing people agendas aligned to business objectives. I have led global HR functions, created fit-for-purpose processes, and institutionalized equitable people practices across multiple regions.
At Aylo, I served as Global Director, People & Engagement, leading restructuring, rebranding, compensation benchmarking, and roll-out of company values and culture programs. I designed talent management, performance management, and learning initiatives while expanding regional operations into Greece and Italy.
Previously at Amdocs I led HR for Cyprus as Site Business HR Leader and served as an HR Business Partner across India, EMEA and APAC, supporting cross-border mobility, large-scale hiring growth, capability building, and workforce planning.
