I seek a senior HR leadership role where I can shape global people strategy, drive culture and DEI, scale talent systems, and partner with the business for measurable impact.

I am a strategic HR leader with over 17 years' experience building high-performing HR teams and designing people agendas aligned to business objectives. I have led global HR functions, created fit-for-purpose processes, and institutionalized equitable people practices across multiple regions.

At Aylo, I served as Global Director, People & Engagement, leading restructuring, rebranding, compensation benchmarking, and roll-out of company values and culture programs. I designed talent management, performance management, and learning initiatives while expanding regional operations into Greece and Italy.

Previously at Amdocs I led HR for Cyprus as Site Business HR Leader and served as an HR Business Partner across India, EMEA and APAC, supporting cross-border mobility, large-scale hiring growth, capability building, and workforce planning. I have driven DEI, engagement, and leadership development programs that scaled sites from hundreds to several hundred employees.

I deliver measurable HR value through stakeholder partnership, data-informed people strategies, compliance, and hands-on program delivery. I prioritize inclusive employee experiences, employer branding, and scalable HR systems to support growth and transformation.
