I've spent more than 25 years in technology and over 15 in education, and the thread that connects all of it is the same: making complex technology usable for real people. Today I work with organisations to figure out where AI actually fits in their business, not in theory, but in practice. I sit with their teams, understand their problems, and design training and adoption programmes that match how they actually work.

I hold the IAPP AI Governance Professional certification, which grounds my approach in data privacy and ethical compliance, not just what AI can do, but what it should do. My background is technical (computer engineering), my thinking is strategic (MBA in International Management), and my instinct is always to build something that works for the people in the room.

• Project & Programme Management: Tracks a long record of delivering technology projects on time and on budget, including managing cross-functional teams, vendor relationships, and two government training contracts covering 4,000 and 600 participants respectively.

• AI Tool Evaluation & Business Case Development: Tests and evaluates AI tools hands-on. Builds business-case estimates grounded in real time savings, productivity gains, and strategic fit.

• AI Product Development: Conceived and directed the development of Coursegenie.ai, an AI-powered content generation platform for educators. Defined the product vision, wrote requirements, and guided the development team on AI and OpenAI API integration. Managed the full product lifecycle from initial concept through to user delivery
