Senior medical device sales professional delivering OR product support, training, and relationship-driven growth.
What I'm looking for
I’m a motivated and persuasive medical device sales professional with hands-on operating room product support experience, backed by clinical knowledge and strong public speaking. In my current Senior Sales Representative role, I provide technical and clinical support for company devices across multiple territories, supporting surgeons and staff during procedures to drive adoption and account independence.
I also deliver educational programs and training sessions aligned with company and hospital guidelines, while building relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators to increase utilization and revenue growth. I’m meticulous about timely, accurate CRM documentation and compliance, and I share market intelligence and customer feedback with marketing and senior leadership. Before sales leadership, I coordinated high-attendance student events, taught business and professional communication as an adjunct faculty member, and supported fundraising and donor communications as a public relations intern—experiences that strengthened my event coordination, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration mindset.
