I'm looking to lead talent development, workforce transformation, and change initiatives where I can partner with senior leaders to build scalable learning and operating models that improve organizational readiness, employee growth, and measurable performance.

At EisnerAmper, I lead strategy, transformation, change management, and workforce initiatives that connect leadership development, technology adoption, and operating-model redesign to measurable business outcomes. I currently manage a $1M+ enterprise workforce transformation initiative projected to deliver $9M in savings and serve as Project and Change Manager for a court-supervised PFAS settlement program involving approximately $14.75B.

I've designed learning, change, and operational enablement for complex public-sector and recovery programs, including distributing $262 million to 20,751 small businesses and helping increase weekly rental-assistance payments by 109%.
