I’m a Senior Salesforce professional with 11 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise CRM solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. I combine deep Salesforce development and architecture expertise with a focus on scalable, secure, high-performance outcomes. I’m especially motivated by using Agentforce, AI Agents, and modern Salesforce technologies to drive intelligent, business-driven customer experiences.

I build and extend Salesforce platforms using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce integrations through REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and third-party systems.
