I'm currently building scalable onboarding at BIGBRO AI, a computer vision product for football analytics, while coordinating a zero-to-one web platform at AVB Invest for design studios serving SMEs across Montenegro, CIS, and Europe.

At BIGBRO AI, I launched an onboarding system for 30–50 annotators per month, cutting time-to-productivity from 14 to 7 days. I built a two-person training management team and created SOPs, video tutorials, and guides that reduced training errors by 70%.

At AVB Invest, I coordinate daily workflows across a 9–13 person cross-functional team and consolidated 150+ tasks from three boards into one Jira/Mattermost workspace, reducing task duplication by 40–60%. I've also created the project charter, WBS, technical specifications, meeting protocols, Definition of Done criteria, and a centralized wiki that reduced new-member onboarding to one day.

My earlier work in environmental compliance taught me to deliver complex federal projects under strict regulation, manage contractors and government stakeholders, and build audit systems that prevented shutdowns and significant fines. I bring practical risk management, process optimization, documentation, and clear cross-functional communication to remote IT teams.
