What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an Industrial Project Management role where I can deliver €3M+ CAPEX on time and within budget, lead multidisciplinary teams, and combine energy efficiency with strong KPI-driven cost control in a fast-paced environment.

I lead industrial CAPEX projects exceeding €3 million, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. I coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers across the full project lifecycle—from planning to commissioning.

I also support facility management across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and industrial automation systems. I drive energy efficiency initiatives and strengthen financial controlling through KPI monitoring and cost analysis.

Earlier, I led multidisciplinary CAPEX projects in PepsiCo manufacturing environments and handled procurement for maintenance, energy management, and related financial controlling. As a Founder/Managing Partner for Finance & Operations, I manage finance, operations, and strategic planning, bringing an analytical, results-driven mindset shaped by high-performance teamwork and discipline.
