Built an international recruiting channel in North Macedonia for medical professionals, achieving over 60 successful placements and generating approximately 600k€ in revenue. Managed end-to-end recruiting, client acquisition, and scaling a key account from 6 to 33 placements in 15 months.

Analyzed, structured, and evaluated business and contact data to support sales and marketing activities, using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Maintained CRM systems (Zoho CRM, Salesforce) and performed lead generation and qualification in a B2B environment.

Earned a Bachelor of Law (L.L.B) with a focus on law, graduating as a certified lawyer.

Completed a recognized vocational training as a management assistant for office management.

Completed a continuing education course in AI-Driven People & Talent Management with a focus on IT recruiting and digital assessment systems.
