What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can coach and lead a team, keep high-volume workflows accurate and compliant, and use process coordination to improve QA and performance through clear communication, documentation, and training.

I’m a detail-oriented MRT Resource Specialist with experience coaching teams and improving performance across high-volume remote workflows.
