I'm leading rapid research at ASM Tech Solutions, Odyssey for Sam’s Club B2C and B2B products, using vendor interviews, feedback prompts, and usability checks within one-month agile cycles.
At Indiana University, I led NSF-funded research on older adults’ trust, privacy, and social engagement needs around GenAI conversational agents. My qualitative synthesis informed three design implications published at ACM CHI 2025.
For Ingleside, I translated contextual inquiry and stakeholder research into requirements for an internal GenAI support tool, with evaluative testing showing 89% faster information lookup. I also documented and prioritized 124 WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility issue instances for a payment portal.
Through an industry collaboration with Salesforce Trailhead, I conducted end-to-end discovery and usability research, secured executive buy-in for research-backed opportunities, and helped reduce prototype task time by 75% for a platform serving 3M+ users.
