Earlier at Airtel, I mapped customer support and journeys to pinpoint limitations in a rule-based chatbot and informed the shift to a generative AI chatbot for millions of B2C users. I also built and validated the AI Safety and Experience Framework (ASEF) evaluation principles for responsible AI in security features, and I develop tooling like an AI-powered usability testing tool using AWS and the Claude API to speed up evaluative research cycles.
