What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level opportunity or internship in IT where I can build hands-on skills, gain real experience, and contribute to digital solutions while improving my troubleshooting and technical support abilities.

I’m an aspiring IT professional currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, and I’m motivated by technology, problem-solving, and innovation. I’ve built a strong foundation through my CSEC subjects and hands-on participation in my school’s IT and robotics club.

I help users by handling minor computer and phone issues, installing applications, and troubleshooting common tech problems—work I’ve been doing as informal freelance tech support since 2024. I’m comfortable across Windows and Android, confident with file management and cloud storage concepts, and I work well with others thanks to my attention to detail, critical thinking, and clear communication.
