What I'm looking for

I am seeking entry-level IT roles where I can expand hands-on experience in support, networking, and systems administration within a collaborative team and growth-focused environment.

I am an information technology intern pursuing an Associate of Science in Information Technology, with practical experience providing technical support, network troubleshooting, and system maintenance in a hospitality environment. I have completed multiple internships at Hyatt Ziva & Zilara Resort Rose Hall, where I supported device inventories, assisted in installations and training, documented system issues, and helped improve IT response protocols.

I am detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently or in teams, with strengths in technical documentation, confidentiality, and time management. I hold certifications including CISCO Networking Academy's "Introduction to Cyber Security," and I have contributed to projects involving backup infrastructure, cybersecurity practices, and radio communication system implementation.
