Assisted the owner with daily tasks such as onboarding new nursing home facilities, communicating with clients to facilitate payments, collections, QuickBooks invoicing to clients, and payroll for 1099 contracted pharmacists. Facilitated presentations to possible clients that explain the pharmacy software implemented for nursing homes across the US.

Completed several reports including inventory, payroll, scheduling, shipping, and authorization reports. Maintained the operations in the branch and ensured pharmacy compliance. Compounded long-term care antibiotics, inotropes, narcotic, and TPN infusions.

Compounded IV antibiotics, inotropes, and TPNs for delivery to home health infusion patients. Ensured accurate and timely preparation of medications for patient care.

Performed retail pharmacy work, including filling prescriptions, ordering, and managing inventory. Assisted at other locations and handled insurance billing.

Floated between St. Vincent's Birmingham and St. Vincent's East as a pharmacy technician. Entered, processed insurance and charitable claims, and filled prescriptions for the hospitals' retail pharmacies. Utilized the company's discharge program enabling patients to receive their medications at their bedside before they leave the hospital.

Engaged patients and helped them with organizing, filling, and delivering discharge medications, over-the-counter health products, and any other resources they may need for a safe transition home. Ensured insurance was up to date, inquiring with insurance companies when patients with coverage through workers' comp or Medicaid did not have their information.

Ran and maintained robotic equipment that compounds IV medications. Manually compounded high-risk, critical care, and chemotherapy IV medications. Trained new technicians on the robotic equipment and helped in the development of new ways to maintain a sterile environment and test new ways for drugs to be stable for a longer period of time.

Performed pharmacy technician duties, including assisting pharmacists, dispensing medications, and providing customer service. Managed inventory and handled prescription processing.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity. The program focuses on developing skills in protecting computer systems and networks from cyber threats.

Earned an Associate's Degree in Information Technology. This program provided a foundational understanding of IT systems, software, and hardware.
