I am a certified pharmacy technician and pharmacy operations manager with extensive hands-on experience in medication dispensing, inventory control, and staff training. I have led pharmacy teams to improve workflow, compliance, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with prescribers and insurance providers.

My background includes developing and implementing operational policies, monitoring drug inventory levels, and ensuring proper medication handling and storage. I have practical experience with prescription processing, claims transmission, and resolving billing issues with Medicare/Medicaid and other insurers.

I train, coach, and evaluate staff to maintain regulatory compliance and professional performance, and I have managed scheduling, ordering, and service delivery to optimize pharmacy operations. I have administered vaccines, performed health testing, and supported compounding and sterile product procedures under pharmacist supervision.
