I'm looking for a pharmacy operations leadership role where I can develop teams, improve workflows, strengthen quality and compliance, and support patient-focused service.

At CVS, I supervise 20–25 employees in specialty pharmacy operations, using coaching, KPI tracking, hiring, and performance management to support departmental goals. I partner with leadership on quality, compliance, oncology inventory, payer requirements, and pharmacy regulations.

Previously at Walgreens, I managed pharmacy operations for teams of 25+ and scheduled 300+ pharmacists across 99 pharmacies. I've improved workflows, supported staffing and training, maintained pharmacy compliance, and delivered patient-focused service.
